About this setting
Screenshot interval (also called screenshot timeout) controls how often screenshots are captured while the tracker is running.How it works
- Each screenshot is taken at a random time between 30 seconds and the selected interval, so captures are not predictable
- For example, with 5 minutes selected, one screenshot is taken at a random moment within every 5-minute window
- Screenshots are captured only while time tracking is active
Options
- 1 minute PRO
- 5 minutes
- 10 minutes
- 15 minutes
- Use Global (per-user settings only)
How to configure
- Go to Administration → Tracker Settings → Tracking Options → Global
- Under Screenshots, choose a Screenshot interval
- Click Save changes
