Sresh Usage - Monitor360

Overview

The Sresh Usage section allows the admin to monitor AI usage, token consumption, and credits.

Viewing usage

Go to Administration → Sresh Usage. Pick a date range at the top. Every card and chart updates to match. Turn on Auto Refresh to keep the page current.

Section	Description
Usage Summary	Tokens consumed, number of chats, active users, and credit balance for the period
Usage By Date	Daily token consumption, to spot spikes and trends
Usage by Reason	Tokens by type of AI action, such as chat
Top Users by Token Usage	Users ranked by tokens consumed
Recent Chats	Latest chat sessions, with the user and token count for each
Credit History	Credit top-ups and deductions

Click View All on Top Users, Recent Chats, or Credit History to open the full list.

Control who can use Sresh

Turn Can Access AI Chat on or off for each user and set an AI Monthly Token Limit (or Unlimited) on the user’s Details tab. See Edit User.
