A blocked website still opens

  • Check the domain is on the global or per-user Deny List, and not on the user’s Allow List, which always wins. See Website Blocker
  • Push the settings to the device with Push Settings on the user’s Tracker Settings tab
  • Close and reopen the browser
Blocked attempts appear as Domain Blocked in Device Events.

USB devices are not blocked

USB prevention needs USB detection turned on as well, and it blocks storage devices only. Check Device Events for USB Blocked entries.
