Overview
The Projects section allows you to create and manage projects in Monitor360. Projects serve as organizational units for tracking work and time allocation.
Add Project
- Click the + Add button to create a new project
- Enter a valid Project Title (e.g. AlphaCart Portal)
- Click Add to create the project
- The project will appear in the project list and be available for task assignment
Manage Projects
- View all active projects in the projects list
- Each project shows key metrics like total time logged and assigned members
- Click on a project to view detailed analytics and task assignments
- Edit project details or manage tasks associated with the project
- Archive or delete projects when they are no longer active
Project Reports
Use the Project Report to view comprehensive analytics including time spent, user contributions, and productivity metrics for each project.
Organize your work into clear projects to better track time allocation and
analyze productivity by project.
