# Web Console

> Fix problems with pages and features in the web console

## I can't see a page or feature

Pages depend on your [role](/getting-started/user-roles) and plan. For example, IT Team users don't see Live Tracking, and features marked PRO need to be enabled for your workspace. Ask your admin.

## Live Tracking shows no stream

The user must be online with the tracker running. If a stream keeps retrying, check the device's connection, or re-launch the app from the user's [Tracker Settings tab](/users/edit-user#tracker-settings).
