# Keep Idle Time

> Track inactive time periods

## Idle Time Tracking

* Tracks the user's **idle (inactive) time** when there is no keyboard or mouse activity
* Can be turned **on** or **off**, or set to **Use Global** settings

## Configuration

| Option     | Behaviour                                       |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| On         | Idle time is tracked and included in reports    |
| Off        | Idle time is not tracked                        |
| Use Global | Follows the organization-wide idle time setting |
