# Introduction

> Monitor360 is an employee time tracking and productivity monitoring platform designed to help organisations understand how work time is spent.

## What is Monitor360?

Monitor360 gives you complete visibility into how your team works. It provides clear visibility into work hours, activity levels, applications used, and project progress in a simple and structured way.

With Monitor360, admins and managers can manage users, configure tracking settings, monitor real-time activity, and generate detailed productivity reports. The system helps improve transparency, optimise productivity, and support better decision-making across teams.
