# Devices
> Manage and map devices to users
## Overview
The **Devices** section is used to manage and map devices to users.
## Device Management
* Each device has a **4-digit Device ID**
* Click **Assign** to map the device ID to the corresponding user
* Click **Un-assign** to remove the user from the device or to assign the device to a different user
* Use **Delete** to remove a device from the system if it is no longer required
## Purpose
This helps ensure each device is correctly linked to the right user for accurate tracking.
